To make it simpler for you, I thought we should discuss about 4 milestones of the wellness journey. This would help in getting a direction to chalk out a plan of action.
So, here are the 4 milestones:
- Balanced Nutrition: Choice of food we make for an energetic and active body.
- Right Exercise: Choice of exercise we make to promote health and prevent diseases
- Positive Mind: Positive thoughts and quality circle we have for a healthy mind.
- Adequate Rest: Duration of sleep we get to rejuvenate body and mind

As we enter 2019, the most cliché question popping up across streets is about the resolutions! Some say wake up early, quit smoking and drinking, carry healthy foods, exercise etc. However, when asked how many were sure to nail this down in 2019? The responses I got were “uh, erm” or rubbing nose or scratching head and self-doubting.
But I have one simple equation… 🙂
1 small goal for 21 days –> New habit –> Healthy lifestyle.
E.g.: Get up 30 mins early than usual wake up time for 21 days –> Get up Early –> Become Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.
